Seaflame operates from offices and stores facilities located at Cheam in Surrey, with additional offices and stores at Westminster and Southwark in Central London. The offices at Cheam house most senior staff, the administration unit, stores and our call centre. They are fully equipped with modern facilities, including computerised accounting which includes stores and service management control systems. The stores is fully equipped and computerised. It carries in excess of £100,000 value of spares, from minor components to replacement units
Each Engineer is equipped with a van which is renewed and maintained regularly. These vans are racked for spares holding and generally carry an inventory of £1,000 each.
Communication is by mobile phone and/or pagers. There is a dedicated line for out-of-hours contact and stand-by engineers are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Seaflame Company Limited achieved ISO9002 accreditation in October 1996 and are currently undertaking re-certification to BN EN ISO9001:2000.
